Karl Sternlof practices in the areas of commercial law and secured transactions, including matters involving Indian law, banking law and general corporate law.

While at the University of Connecticut School of Law he was Note and Comment Editor of the Connecticut Law Review. Mr. Sternlof is a member of the New London County, Connecticut and American Bar Associations.

Mr. Sternlof serves as First Vice President of the Board of Directors of the New London Development Corporation.  He was instrumental in the development of tribal laws relating to housing matters and has lectured on government backed financing on Indian reservations.
