Michael Driscoll has an active civil litigation practice that includes insurance defense, employment law, municipal law and medical malpractice defense. He currently serves as Corporation Counsel for the City of Norwich. Mr. Driscoll has trial experience in both state and federal courts and has presented arguments before the Connecticut appellate courts. He is Diocesan Counsel for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Norwich. Mr. Driscoll serves as a Corporator of Chelsea Groton Savings Bank. He has served on the State of Connecticut Library Board and as President of the Otis Library Board.
