Michael Colonese practices in the areas of plaintiff’s personal injury including automobile accidents, slip and fall accidents and work-related accidents, commercial litigation, general civil and construction litigation, and personnel and employment law and litigation. He represents clients in the Connecticut courts and before the Workers’ Compensation Commission. He has also argued before the Connecticut Appellate and Supreme Courts. Mr. Colonese is a board certified Workers’ Compensation specialist.

While studying law at the University of Connecticut School of Law, Mr. Colonese received the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in the study of evidence and was awarded the Michie Company Book Award for outstanding achievement in his second year.

Mr. Colonese is a past President of both the YMCA of Southeastern Connecticut and the Spirit of Broadway Theatre in Norwich.
